How it works
The concierge, in plain language.
Bellura is a quiet, always-on agent that runs a small set of well-timed rituals through your day. Nothing flashy. Just the refill, the sunscreen, the wind-down, the appointment — held in the background so your morning doesn’t have to.
Five nudge slots, all timed in your timezone.
Every four to six hours a small cron tick checks whether each slot’s local window has opened for you yet — and if it has, and you haven’t already received today’s instance, Bellura writes the email, sends it, and logs a dedup record so the same tick can never flood you twice.

Morning skincare
Your morning routine, prompted at the time you picked during onboarding. Sunscreen, your lighter serum, and the day's weather note when UV climbs.

Evening skincare
Retinal vs retinol, the active you cycle-synced this week, a cleansing step that matches what you actually wore today. Ingredient alerts piggy-back on this email.

Hydration check
A 20-second reminder between meetings. Not the lecture — just the moment you actually want to refill the glass.

Midday SPF
One-line nudge to re-apply on high-UV days. Quiet on the days it doesn’t matter, never on the days it does.

Wind-down
A note that pairs the day’s last active with the hour you wanted to be off screens. Tuned to your chronotype, not the internet’s.
21:30 local
Ingredient alerts ride along inside the AM and PM emails — Bellura fans reformulation notices and conflict warnings into the slot you’re already opening, instead of inventing a sixth slot you’d have to learn.
A refill ready before the bottle runs out.
Every evening the refill engine walks each product on your shelf, blends a heuristic forecast with what your routine actually consumes, and writes a single prediction row per bottle for the day. The morning dashboard reads those rows back — when run-out is inside your lead-time window, the order is queued with the retailer you trust.
What the predictor returns
- daysUntilEmpty — projected days until this product empties, blended from heuristic + AI.
- mlPerDay — downstream consumption rate, already adjusted for your climate and skin type.
- confidence and model — HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW, and whether AI or the heuristic authored the call.
- nextNudgeAt & nextNudgeLocal — when the next dispatch window opens in your timezone.
When you told us how much was left in each bottle during onboarding, the forecast projects from actual inventory — not a full bottle of unknown age.
When you didn’t, it derives mlPerUse from category and skin type, then layers your AM/PM routine on top to get usesPerDay. The blend lives in the prediction, not in the UI — you just see a date.
Your routine bends with the weather.
Pick your home climate during onboarding and Bellura projects three shifts onto your baseline: hydration posture, exfoliant frequency, and barrier support. Move cities, change climate, and the routine re-tunes without you rewriting it.
- AridHydrationIncrease ↑ExfoliantMaintainBarrierIncrease ↑
Layer a humectant serum under your moisturizer, and consider a richer evening cream.
- HumidHydrationMaintainExfoliantReduce ↓BarrierMaintain
Drop exfoliants to every third night, and switch to a lighter gel moisturizer.
- ColdHydrationIncrease ↑ExfoliantReduce ↓BarrierIncrease ↑
Add an occlusive balm on top of moisturizer, and lower active strength in winter.
- MildHydrationMaintainExfoliantMaintainBarrierMaintain
No shifts needed — your baseline routine fits this climate as written.
- HotHydrationMaintainExfoliantMaintainBarrierMaintain
Keep the AM routine light, and rinse + re-apply SPF at midday.
A real person, in a real chair.
When you’re ready for a facial, a brow lamination, or a lymphatic massage, Bellura books across every provider you already trust — chain salons, independent estheticians, medspas. It remembers the chair, the room, the technician you prefer, and reschedules around your calendar, weather, and travel.
The booking chat is the same one you’ll find on the home page — open it, describe what you want in your own words, and Bellura proposes a slot at a provider nearby. Confirm and it lands in your calendar. Cancel from the same chat; no phone tree.
